An artist is expected to do and know A LOT! Making music, touring, social media, administration, finance and even know everything about new things like NFTs.
You’re just one person, how can people expect you to do everything? Spoiler alert: they don’t! 👌
But you can of course ask for help.
Here are a few tips to grow your team without having to invest a lot of money 👇👇
– What are the strengths of your friends? Maybe they are able to help you out. For them it could be a learning experience as well!
– Reach out to schools to ask if students are looking for school projects (e.g. a photography school for your new press photos).
– Many students have to do internships. It could be an internship where they help in the day-to-day business or they have to do a specific assignment. Some interns are free or they might ask for a small monthly fee.
– Ask your fans! If you already have some followers on your social media why not ask them if there is e.g. a designer who can help with artwork? Fans like to be part of the career of the artist they love!
